This runs the gamut of development activities: research, pitching, creating development opportunities, saying thanks, and tracking it all. Through research, cultivation, and stewardship, this individual will provide extraordinary service to donors and funders and will manage related internal processes, such as grants and fulfillment - with excellence.

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Director of Development (Director) serves as a senior leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Hispanic Unity of Florida (HUF).
